Appending Data

I have three different client types in my program.

All with there own client mailing list. I update this list directly in Filemaker.

I would now like assistant to gather the addresses for me on her laptop, then I would like to append the address to my program without deleting existing data and without effecting the other address clients on other Layouts.

How can I do this???

Is your assistant using Filemaker or some other program?
