I have been searching for days...

Is anyone using FMSA 9 on 10.5.3 or later? I am having problems with 10.5.2, and it has been said they are corrected in 10.5.4.

Remember that yiou have to upgrade the OS first, then install the v3 x325 or x326 version of FMS9.

I am currently running 10.5.2, and there are known problems with AFP and also using secure connections to the Open Directory.

AFP is causing problems that it needs to be restarted every 5-10 mins, or the transfer rate is about 100k per second on a gigabit network. Makes it totally useless. There are a bunch of posts on the Apple site about it, and it is said that 10.5.4 fixes this.

I know, I should only have FMS on the box, but that is just not a solution. There is not a lot of file sharing going on, mostly just used to install new software to the clients.
