Attach a Word Document

Is it possible to attach a word document and if so how is it possible using Filemaker Version 5. thanks. [email protected]

You can isnert a word document into a container fiel. Choose Insert Object and then select the Create from File option. Double clicking on the container field will open Word and allow you ot edit the document. I don't know whether this will help with what yu are trying to do.

I just tried this with FMP5 on Macintosh... there is no Insert Object command. In browse mode the Insert menu has Picture, Movie and Sound but nothing else.

Could you explain how you got it to work?
