FileMaker Data News Update

FileMakerData announces the immediate release of two new files and an update.

Updates to the Holiday file have been made to correct Independence Day. The original file had 6/4/xxxx, and of course should be 7/4/xxxx. Special thanks to Jack Karp for noticing this error and bringing it to our attention.

Today being posted is the 2007 Specially Designated Nationals And Blocked Persons by the Office of Foreign Assets Control. This list contains the names of entities, both individual and institutional, who are listed as being under sanctions by the US government.

Also, thanks to Jack Karp for submitting the FirstNames table for use in assigning titles based upon gender identification of first names.

We want your lists! Putting this material together is time consuming and there are many of you that have probably had to compile some list, at some time, to satisfy a need of a customer or for your own purposes. Why let the effort only be limited to one endeavor?
