EVENT: [big][color:red]Enhancing Your FileMaker Searches[/big]

Where: This is an online meeting. Please RSVP to receive connection details by email.

Presenter: Andy Gaunt

Description:

Without a search your FileMaker data is not that helpful. Yes, you could scroll through the records until you find what you are looking for OR you can use the power of a find to locate that data. Join us as we go on a tour of finds in FileMaker Pro. Learn how to constrain and extend your find sets as well as optimize your search and create a spotlight style search for your database using scripting. We will end with an example from Matt Navarre of his 2008 DevCon presentation showing how to search multiple tables and return the data in a single list.
