Join us in Philadelphia on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 for Design Challenge/Charrette

EVENT: [big][color:red]Design Challenge/Charrette[/big]

We're going to try something a little different this month - a Design Challenge.

We're going to provide a file with a few problems presented, and your job is to come up with solutions for them. We don't care if your solution is a hack or a revolution - there's a fond place in our hearts for the under-appreciated hack, and revolutions always rock our world.

The point of this isn't so much to solve the problem as to spark conversation. So I want to emphasize that you should approach the problems with a spirit of creativity and fun. There's nothing at stake, especially since the First Prize for this competition is: a Big Fat Zero.

This is rather short notice, and a replacement of another presentation we had planned, so the challenge file is going out to our regular list. If you're coming through the FMPUG site/email blast, and want to participate, drop me a line at [email protected]. I'll drop a sample file on you.
