I am using FM5.0 and would like to be able to publish my database to my website's server that is not located at my ISP's server. Specifically, I want to be able to send it to tripod.com or zkey.com. Is this possible? If so, how?

Nope. Your FMP database needs to be opened and shared on a server running FileMaker Pro.

Normal "web servers" are basically just file servers.
