FilemakerData has just added the IANA port list to its archive.

The Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) is responsible for the global coordination of the DNS Root, IP addressing, and other Internet protocol resources. The port assignments are the port numbers that have been officially recognized by the IANA and assigned to a specific function, application, or vendor.
