Neuronal Nerd Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 (edited) Sorry if this is not the most appropriate topic area for this question, but my solution keeps asking for my username and password upon closing, and I do not have any scripts assigned for shutdown under the options. Any ideas on what could cause this? If I type in my username and password, it does shut down, but this extra step is annoying and perplexing. Thanks ahead for responses. Neuronal Nerd Posted November 30, 2008 Author Posted November 30, 2008 Yes I have. I'm intrigued. How does the custom menu cause this to happen?
Raybaudi Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 Go to see which script ( or even a single step ) is attached ( to override ) to the menu command: Close
Neuronal Nerd Posted November 30, 2008 Author Posted November 30, 2008 I apologize that I don't understand what you mean.
Raybaudi Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 Tools >> Custom Menus >> Manage Custom Menus... >> Double click on your custom menu >> select "File" >> Push the Edit button >> Click on "Close" ... and see what there is in the bottom-right side. BTW: what is the title of the window that asks for enter your pwd ?
Neuronal Nerd Posted November 30, 2008 Author Posted November 30, 2008 I tried adding the close command to my menus. It made no difference that I could tell.
Raybaudi Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 You haven't to add a Close command, you just have one. Can you post your file or a cloned one ?
