Field contents to be Hyperlink

I am creating an email database and I want to link the names to a separate website where the everyone's info is listed. So I am recording the URL for each record in a field. I want to set another field that takes that URL, makes it a hyperlink, and then replaces the text with the records "Full Name". How do I do this?

Welcome to the forums. Could you give us an example of the data you're talking about? It can be fake, it doesn't have to actually work. Then describe what you expect to happen, why you need the "full name" for email, and what kind of "hyperlink" you want to get out of this. Because you say you have a "URL for each record." But you seem to want something else. A "mailto:" hyperlink?
