Upload Database results in Admin Database List Showing 0 databases

I have a problem when I select Upload a Database from Server Admin on client.

As soon as the upload assistant window pops up all databases disappear from the Server Admin database list. The upload assistant does not show any databases or folders, except the default and additional folders.

Server Admin refresh List does not bring the list back. The way I bring back the database list in Server Admin: stopping and starting the server after hours. Bummer.

Anyone experience the same issue? Anyone have a solution?

I have not heard about this situation before. Please report this to FMI. What is the OS of the machine where you are running the Console?

Client OS is v10.5.5

Server OS is 10.5.4

A simple refresh from the Client Server Admin results in the file list emptying as well.

OK, this is helpful.

Please do report this to FMI.

I have seen certain instances where a remote connection of the Console does not return accurate information on the state of the database server.

I reported the issue to FileMaker Inc.

As a next step, I am going to attempt a Console database upload on the server. I'll find out if there is a different response.

I got same problem with u IceMan and it was easy to solved, I just restarting my Windows.

I hope your problem solved too as mine.
