How can we use runtime application across network.

I am new to filemaker. Want to make use runtime application like normal client-server applications.

You can't! Buy enough licenses to cover your needs. Fm9 allows 9 peer2peer users to the same solution, but to prevent digestion along the lines would I suggest:
