Hi there

Pls help on this. Going crazy.

Im trying to develop an inventory system for our local shop. Im posting my application so that you can scrutinized it well and see if there's something I messed up. My problem is this, Have 2 tables REQUISITION and ISSUANCE. After the user has entered all data in REQUISITION TABLE, it will be passed on to the ISSUANCE LAYOUT to be issued by an ISSUANCE NO. Once the REQUISITION TABLE has already an ISSUANCE No. data cant no longer be entered for that particular record/instance. Pls help me on how to implement this.
