- data modeling and how to create an entity relationship diagram (ERD)

- all types of relationships within FileMaker and create portal work

- most of the common calculations and their functionality

- Scripting using FileMaker Pro to automate tasks

- how to use the Script Debugger and Data Viewer to troubleshoot,

- error trapping routines and how to use script parameters, results, and variables.

- creating relational associations and display web pages using web viewer objects

- create different reports such as sub-summary reports and crosstab reports
