If you don't want to do that, Edit your relationship, and un-check the "allow creation of related records" checkbox. Newbies randskee Posted January 12, 2002 Newbies Share Posted January 12, 2002 Hello and thank you for you help. here is my problem. a field, called homephone is on portal, which is linked to customer database. when I type in the homephone number, if that phone number is on the database, the customer info will display in the fields in the portal. no problem with this.
