I maintain a set of Filemaker solutions on a Department of Defense network, using FMP 7 server & client. I would like to move to the unlimited thin client web-based version of FMServer.

The problem is that DoD users may only access using their CAC cards, which store their PKI certificates.

Does anyone have a way to validate PKI certs for CAC Cards?

There is no such item. Custom or Instant Web Publishing are your options but they are not unlimited, nor are they a "thin client" as term is best understood.

Will this integrate with Active Directory 2 factor authentication similar to RSA or Centrify or similar vendors? If so, it can integrate with FileMaker Server.

BTW, Server 7 is way past EOL. You should upgrade to FileMaker Server 10.
