Newbies Lucas Trihey Posted February 16, 2009 Newbies Posted February 16, 2009 I have an old Filemaker Pro 2 file that I need to extract the data from so I can import it into a new Filemaker Pro 9 file. Problem is that my Mac won’t open the Filemaker 2 file because the operating system has changed since I last used it. It looks to me (but I might be wrong?) as though I need to find somebody with a Mac running Classic who can open the FP2 file, export the data to an ASCI file (I think??) that I can then import into Filemaker 9. The FP2 file is 3.1MB in size. I also have a copy of the FP2 application (1MB). I’ll happily pay anyone running Filemaker 2 (or possibly able to run my copy) to do this for me or if anybody has other ideas I’ll be keen to hear. Many thanks, Lucas
