How do I create an archive table within a file that will allow me to import records from a single similar table at the end of the year? Both tables have the same fields. The purpose of the archive table is only to be a stand-alone annual repository of the records from each year so I’ve included a (flag) year field. I know how to import matching records from table to table, but I’m not sure how to set up these two tables in the relationship graph. I hope you can help. TIA lpm
