Label printing problem

Hi everyone

I don't seek to trouble you often but I have a label printing problem with a simple 6 field column address list which will insist on only printing one and a half columns and I know it will be something simple but am fast losing the will to live looking for it. Is there anyone who can put me out of my misery please!!

Crisis over.....I am going mad. I had list view in the print dialogue and just had to show it as form view..........why does my brain just stop when these things happen?:??
