Hello Everyone,

I am currently trying to add a set of pop-up menus that allow for us to select what we want for a certain record. I am trying to format the menus as follow.

Pop-menu 1) working, not working, in school etc.

I want menu 2) based on the selection of menu 1 to give me a related list.

Menu 3) needs to be populated based on menu 2

menu 4) needs to be populated based on menu 3

Does anyone know the best method of doing this? I know i have to use conditional value list but I am not sure as to what ways to approach it. Can anyone help me with this?
