As well as trying to get the last page to be my "Title Footer" - one suggestion being to use the Trailing Grand Summary - which layout part should I use so that my text ("Continued Over") appears at the bottom of the first and subsequent pages but not on the last page?

Any suggestions?

It needs to be in the footer. Try making the formating conditional to be white text if record number = total found records.
