Greetings.

1: I installed FMS9 on Windows XP and the very first time it ran perfectly, I was able to add files to the database and run em at the same time with another OS X.

I ran the program again after a few hours and it would not load anymore, it would stay stuck on this address for hours:

C:/Program Files/FileMaker/FileMaker Server/Admin/admin-server/launch-page/prelaunch_single_en.html

The loading bar of the picture above runs as if it was loading but never loads.

I also tried Installing the FMS9 updates from the downloads section at the FM website but an error comes out saying: the updater cannot find a qualifying product on the system.

2: So I tried uninstalling it and this error comes out:

I have no programs running while I do this operation.

Thanks for reading and I hope someone can help me with this.
