How would FM work with server 10 (windows 2003) and FM 8.5 clients (mac and win)? any issues? thanks in advance!

You'd be better off with FileMaker Pro 10 clients so you can use all the new features. Also, if your solution allows users to change their own credentials, then you will have some issues.
