Database does not show in remote list

I have FM Server 8 and I can see the 2 new databases I added and I opened them in FM server, however, when I try to access them through open remote they do not show up. I am new at administrating. What am I missing? The other issue that I have is when I tried to open them on the server using FM advanced it said there were too many licenses. Any suggestions are welcome!

Sounds as if you have a license conflict. Unless you use a Volume License, you can have only one instance of a licensed individual FMP on a network at a time.

Check the sharing options on your 2 new files to be sure that you did not check the box to prevent the name from showing in Open Remote.

sharing is on and we have volume licensing. I had not set up users etc on it yet, could this effect if it shows on the remote list?
