Formula 1 Database

Featured Replies

Wondering if anyone can help me with this. I'm making this Formula 1 Database that consists mainly of an Event table (the "Grande Premio" sub-area on the attached layout, p.s.B) it's in portuguese, my native language) and a Results table ("Resultado" sub-area) linked thru the common field Date. I want to include in my layout driver and team point standings after each race ("Classificação" sub-area, based of course on the Points field of the Results table (rightmost column on the layout). Could anyone give me an idea how I can accomplish this? Do I need to create a new table and a portal for that or can it be done with a simple script or calculation?

Also it would be great if I could include in the layout the number of the Round of the current race and the total number of Rounds of the current year. Something like the current race displaying is "Round 3 of 17" of the current year.

Any help, tips or ideas will be much appreciated.

Thanks.

p.s.: As always not sure if I'm posting this on the wright forum.
