When using File Maker Pro 10 Server with a .net front-end can one not use a DSN-Less connection?

What would the connection string look like? The examples I've found on the web fail for not finding the "FileMaker Pro" Odbc driver.

The setup is two servers:

Server A: Windows 2.8k box running FM 10 Server hosting several databases

Server B: Windows 2.3k box running the FM 10 Server web components (IWP, ODBC, PHP & Remote Administration) and IIS hosting .net 2.0 applications.

IWP, PHP and Remote Administration function properly.

IIS serves .net, html and php pages no problem.

I cannot seem to find the right connection string to talk to the FM 10 Server hosting the databases thru ODBC.
