I could really use some help on how to build the correct relationship with some tables.

My restricted table has several restricted areas each having many timed events. On the status board layout, I need to display the two most recent events for each restricted area. I will only display the calc field result, most current and the next one.

I have attached the file, and to make more sense of it, I have attached the excel sheet we use now. That will make it easier to see what I am trying to do. Trying to display this info on a spreadsheet is a royal pain.
