Hi. I created an import script in the default full access admin account but still get the message, "you have insufficient privileges to do this action. I have checked my admin privileges settings and it says full access. Not sure why this would be happening. I have other import scripts and this message does not pop up on them. Just on the new import script I made.

Well, first you cannot create an import script in an Account. While not applicable to an Account that is attached to the [Full Access] Privilege Set, what you can do with a script is deny various levels of access to it from any subordinate level Account. A subordinate level Account is one attached to a Privilege Set other than the [Full Access] one.

What it sounds as if it could be happening, is that you don't have sufficient access privileges to the source location where the data you want to import resides. Maybe double check that.
