15 Year Band Camp DB

Ok, I don't even know where to start. I am a tech guy that has been helping out a school update their 15 year Band Camp file for the past 8 years.

I don't use FM except once a year, I set up a file for them and it was working find.

Last Wednesday something happen, they had 176 students then in the Account file they had 70.

I was able to save the 176 students as a excel file.

I tried to clear the files and import the data, however it doesn't show up right.

I was able to get it to sorta work by entering the data manually.

There are three files, one is the Band Camp File where you enter the data on each student.

Then there is a Band Camp Account file, this is where the receipt are at so they can print up their receipts.

Now the only way I can get this to work is to have the an Old Version of a previous year Band Camp Account file load up with the new version.

Really I don't know much about FM, the person that made the file is long gone.
