Footer drop down OK, page drop down not

Featured Replies

I have something weird going on. I have a drop down menu that refers to a drop down list.

First field contains 3 char initals :FMP

second field contains Name: Filemaker.

"Intial" is selected from left side window,

right side has "Name", both of these fields are on a separate layout with two columns with multiple rows.

"Include all values" is selected, and "show all values" is checked.

OK NOW MY ISSUE

I have this field placed in my footer along with some other less essential fields, in this position it works well with other drop downs and i can do combination searches to narrow down my results.

If I duplicate this field and place it within the body - it only finds all records within the first drop down.

Some one have a easy fix or explanation?
