Gretings,

I have a problem with the Date and Time's message that pops up on the clients regards using System format.

I have 7 Pc's and 1 Mac accessing the Server and everytime they log on they are always asked regards the Date formats.

What can cause this?, and how do i get rid of it?

I'm not sure what causes this, but I had the same problem for a while. The fix I came up with was using the "Set Use System Formats" script step.

I created a script in each file that turned this feature on (Set Use System Formats[On]). Then I set this as the opening script for each file in the Document preferences.

The result: As each file is opened on each computer, the date format is set to the same setting as that particular computer. This also gets rid of complaints from users who are used to entering their dates in another format. This seems to work for our PC's and Macs.
