I have an NT4 Server running FM Server 3.0, can I install FM Server 5 on this same server running version 3 or do I need to do a clean removal of FM Server 3 first?

Why would you want to run both? I would think you would want to run version 5, the latest and greatest version. You will, however, need to update all client installations to 5 as well.
