FM Server wont HOST, Databases don't appear

What I am doing here, is replacing an NT Server with a new server. Filemaker 5.0 Server is running on the old server. The sysadmin starts Filemaker Pro 5.01 on the server every morning, then clicks HOSTS, then hosts the database files.

1 - On the new server, I can start Filemaker Server. When I start Filemaker Pro and Click HOSTS, the databases do not appear. Where do I specify the location of the databases?

2 - There are about 20 Filemaker Users. The company has licenses for each. On most, I can see the license number on Help-About-Info. The copy running on the current server doesn't come up with a license number... it's just blank. When I install filemaker on the New Server and input a license number, it lets me know (when I run it) that that license is in use. The only way I'm going to find the unused license is to check the # on the other 20 and use the process of elimination. WHy doesn't the copy on the Old Server show a license #?

Thanks!
