I have a DB template that generates an email draft (in thunderbird) to the email contact in a specific record.

Everything worked perfect until last week, now when the button is pressed to create an email draft, I get the following error.

"Unknown Error: -1"

I downgraded to FM9, and the button simply is dead (no draft, thunderbird doesn't even load)

google gave me no relevant help.

If the button is 'dead' that sounds like you may be trying to use a FileMaker 10 only feature such as script triggers or Send mail with SMTP.

But that doesn't really matter, because downgrading is not the answer.

What is the action that is defined on the button? (layout mode -> right-click on button -> button setup)

If the button does 'perform script', what are the steps of the script?
