The latest version of Layout Painter can draw tabs at the top, bottom, left or right of an area. Now tabs can be spread across any number of layouts or databases and can change color, position, or label.

A new manual comes with an example of multi-row 3D image-based tabs and single-row calculation-generated tabs with arrows that let you scroll additional tabs into view.

Layout Painter can recolor the background in a database of flowers to match the color of the petals or make an area red to warn the user of a condition.

If a field is empty, draw a button over it, or draw light-grey instructions inside of it.

Save money and reduce waste by using partial label sheets: Let users click which labels to print on in Preview mode, then draw over the preview to indicate which labels will be printed.

The possibilities are limitless when you can paint and color your layouts from scripts and calculations.
