Hi, instead of just a window dialogue pop-up, I would like to create a proper login page for my database? Is there anyway I could do this?

Consistent with most other similar systems, CWP uses basic HTTP Authentication, not forms based authentication as does Instant Web Publishing. I would not rule out the possibility that using PHP you could construct such a page, but that is not a certainty. See the Web Publishing Guides that ship with the products.
