Value List not refershing

Hi,

I am using a EXTERNAL time sheet filemaker db to track my employee time which is related to my employees via id_employee, which is a serial num auto-created. Using a pop down list, i relate my employees (id & full name) to records in other DBs, allowing me to pull up info. This works with my "sales" sheet in the same db as my employees, however it seems not work properly with my time sheet. Since deleting several test employees and starting with a new list, the drop down continues to be populated with old employees (that are now deleted) and NOT the new ones.

Does anyone have any idea why this would happen, why my value list is not refreshing in an external db but IS internally, even after closing all files, reopening them, etc?
