Exporting related records to Excel - Odd question !

I have 2 related tables: 'Contacts' and 'Pupils'.

I have a layout in 'Contacts', with a portal displaying related records from 'Pupils' - so far, so good.

My problem is that when I export the information to Excel, the information from 'Contacts' is ONLY displayed alongside the FIRST related record from 'Pupils'.

For Example:

CONTACTS_____________PUPILS

Mr John Smith________Barry Test

_____________________Barney Fruitcake

_____________________Tessa Tomahawk

I need it to display as:

CONTACTS________PUPILS

Mr John Smith___Barry Test

Mr John Smith___Barney Fruitcake

Mr John Smith___Tessa Tomahawk

I know why this happens, but is there a work-around to get the information from 'Contacts' to appear alongside EVERY related record from 'Pupils' ?

Yes, go to your Pupils table and export your Pupils records from there (also selecting your Contacts::ContactName in the export).

Thanks for the quick reply, unfortunately, if a Pupil has more then one Contact, the Pupil information is still only displayed alongside the first related Contact.
