No access to file

I have a fp7 file installed on workstations which allows the user to open the application on the server (FM Server 8). I have to move FM Server to a new machine with a different IP but I can't open that file ("launcher"). It looks like it is locked. The Script function is greyed out as well as the Define Database.

Any clue?

First, welcome to FM Forums.

Second, do you have the Full Access password to the "launcher" file?

If so, you can repoint the IP address in the Manage External File references area.

If not, you will have to make a new file.
