There have been many threads with DYMO printer issues. I have a DYMO Labelwriter DUO. After many manual adjustments, I finally was able to print barcodes on 1/2" tape roll.

Now I have a problem with printing a custom label (1.5 x 2.5 rolls). I have the page setup as 1.375 x 2.375 (tried 1.5 x 2.5, 1.25 x 2.25, etc.) - it looks as it should in preview, but the label shifts to the right and up approx 1/2 inch... and prints onto the next label

I have read that many people have adjusted their layout to "fix" the issue - any help here would be much appreciated
