I'm using fmserver 3.0 to host about 30 files....I just upgraded from nt4.0 to 2k server (tcp/ip). Now some of my clients can see these hosted files and some can't (all clients are 4.1). Any ideas...

Thx in advance

What OS are the clients who can NOT see the files using? Can they enter the IP address of the server in the Hosts dialog box and see the files then? Are they all using FMP 4.1v3?

FWIW, FM Server 3.0v4 (the correct version) is not certified for W2K.

I presume server has a fixed, static IP address. Does entering the IP address in the the Hosts dialog allow guests to see files? Are files set to multiuser? Try changing protocols and see what happens.
