window resizing weirdness in FM10 list view

It seems FM10 will show vertical scrollbars when it doesn’t need to when in browse mode with subsummary parts.

See the attached file for more information.

Any advice or workarounds would be appreciated.

(Thanks also to Comment for providing the code to calculate the number of subsummary parts displayed).
