From time to time with no apparent reason, I find that the FMSA10 admin console seems to stop updating it's status. For instance, it doesn't accurately show the current logged in users (might be data from 2 days back), it shows a script still running from 2 days ago and none others have since run, even though they have (I can see the backups that resulted from a scheduled script, even though the console doesn't show them as having run yet), etc etc.

Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, what is the resolution?

I am running FMSA10v1 on Windows Server 2003, 4Gb RAM.

Try updating to 10.0v2 and see if that fixes the problem.

Be sure to close databases before stopping server service.

Are you leaving the admin console window open for long periods? This isn't considered best practice (Steven, can you confirm). It's been recommended to close the console when it's not being used.
