Send Mail / Apple Mail Font Problem

Featured Replies

After upgrading to Snow Leopard, FM9 Send Mail emails appear as rich text (Helvetica 12 font) in Apple Mail. For years Send Mail emails in Mail were plain text, which is my preference. My default setting in Apple Mail is Plain Text. I can change the text back to plain text for each email manually, but I want this to be automatic. Does anyone know why I am getting rich text now and perhaps have a solution on how to get my plain text emails again?

In the Preferences, Composing tab, set Message format: Plain Text

The usual font, in the Fonts & Colors tab, is Lucida Grande

I had FM scripts sending email. It had been working fine based on my default font at Monaco Size 14 in Mail.

I encountered the same problem as the original post. After I upgrade my client to Snow Leopard, it no longer works.

Even I did the changes at Mail Preference as what being posted here. Is still does not work.

I tested in Snow Leopard - Doesn't work.

I tested in Leopard - It works...

I need help. Anyone can help?

Thank you...
