There is no problem on Window XP. But after Install email plugin to FM Pro10 on Windows Vista, FM pro 10 is always crashs before start up.

Is there any solution?

Is filemaker unable to load at all with the email plugin in the extensions folder? What is happening after you launch filemaker?

Also, what version of the plugin are you using? Do you have any other plugins installed?

Assuming that you are using the most up-to-date version of the plugin, check in your user's directory(c:Usersusername and make sure that you do not have any plugins in that directory which were placed there by autoupate.
