Serving Graphic Fields

I have a database with approx 2000 students and need to serve this using FM Server 5. Using the Importing Pictures example in the AppleScript examples which load with FMPro5 I can do a batch import of all their ID photos to a container field. When I share this using FM Server5 client users get the message that it cannot draw the Pict. If I paste PICT files into this database one at a time then they show up fine. Please help ????

I haven't seen the applescript, but I'm assuminng it works by importing 'by reference' - in which case students will only be able to see the images if the have fille access to the volume that the pictures are stored on.

You're better off using the Troi file plug-in to import the pictures directly into the file. You can download the plug-inn from troi.com, and there's a multi-image import example in the documentation.
