Hi gang,

We recently upgraded and rebuilt our FileMaker Server, previously we were on 10.4.11 and FMS 9, we're now on 10.6.2 and FMS 10. We've also installed the latest version of SuperContainer 2.631.

When FMP 9 clients try to connect to the server, they get an error message:

"Could not connect to the SuperContainer Server!; SCLastError"

We've also updated the plugin on both the server and workstations.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers,

Joe.

Could you please explain what script step is failing when you say that the client tries to connect to the server? Also, could you post your log after the next time your function fails? Logs can be found at:

OS X

/Users/userName/Library/Logs/360Plugin Logs/360Works FM WPE

/Users/userName/Library/Logs/360Plugin Logs/360Works FM Pro

Windows

Vista: DriveLetter:UsersDocuments360Plugin Logs

Also, it looks like you have the SCLastError function within the quotes of your custom dialogue, and so the function is being taken as a literal string instead of a function to be calculated. Make sure you have the SCLastError outside of your quotes and you should be able to see the message of the SCLastError function.
