Ms, Mr,

I just created a movie DB. One of my data is the IMDB id movie number. With this number I can link to imdb. How to tell my DB to link to imdb.com with the movie id 1259571.

Example: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1259571/

What I want is the possibility to click on my IMDB id and be directed on the imdb.com web site.

You can install the complete IMDb db on your computer. They provide software tools as well as the latest version of their db on Fridays at an FTP download site. As long as you are not reselling the data (personal and private use), it is free.

I'm not sure how to fetch the data to FMP or how to use all the various files. They seem to be unrelated. Here's a link to get you started.

Just so you don't go crazy without warning, some of the databases are pretty large. For example the actors db is 140 MB.
