Exporting to Excel causes Filemaker to freeze

Featured Replies

I'm having difficulty getting Filemaker to export into a 100,000+ row excel file. For example I can successfully export a file with 1000 records but once I try to export 100,000+ records about halfway through the export Filemaker becomes unresponsive and crashes.

Additional Info:

Client OS - Windows 7

FM Version - FM10 Advanced

Excel Export Format - .xlsx

Rows - 100,000+

Columns - 30

I also receive the following error in my event log.

Faulting application name: FileMaker Pro Advanced.exe, version: 10.0.3.303, time stamp: 0x4a3ad6bc

I can't seem to find any reference for this specific issue online. Has anyone experienced a similar problem. Any help is much appreciated!
