I have a simple database with a simple form where a user can enter data. I call the database "comp_report". If I create a standalone executable by choosing all the defaults I get the referenced error! If I name the database something else it works fine! Is there something magical about the name?

I think it's the word "report". If I remove it works! I have no problem in changing the name, i just wanted to bring it to your attention.
